  1. How to control SPAM?
    You can change your SPAM settings on our Email Server to reduce amount of spam you are getting. For directions, please click here.

  2. Will my dial-up phone number change?
    NO. You can continue using the dial-up number you have been using. More up-to-date dial-up numbers are available at this link.

  3. Will my email address change?
    NO. You will continue using your @eagle1st.com email address.

  4. Do I need to make a change to my Outlook Express for email?
    YES. You will need to change your OUTGOING MAIL SERVER setting to SMTP.EAGLE1ST.COM. You do not need to change anything else.

  5. Can I still use WEBMAIL.EAGLE1ST.COM to access my emails?
    YES. Webmail service is still available, however it is a different software than what you have used to, but offers more functionality.

  6. What happened to my address book on the old Webmail site?
    Unfortunately we can not move your address book, but it is available for a short time at the old Webmail site. Please visit oldwebmail.eagle1st.com to make a copy of it.

  7. I have already paid for my service semi/annually, am I going to be billed again?
    NO. Joe Cardullo has supplied us with all prepaid accounts, those accounts will not be billed until such date comes up.

  8. Will my service rate/s change?
    NO. Your service rates will stay the same but you will receive special offers from G4 which might lower your rates in the future.

  9. When will I receive my bill?
    The official service move date is May 11th, 2006. Even though your account is already moved, we will start sending your bills starting May 11th. Your first bill will cover the service period from 5/11 upto 6/11. G4 bills all services in advance, and give you 30 days for payment. Your statement will show the service period you are being billed for.

  10. Who do I make the check payable to?
    You need to make the check you are sending us, payable to G4 Communications.

  11. Where do I send my payment?

  12. If I need technical support or have questions, who should I contact?

  13. What are your support hours?
    G4 Customer support for dial-up services are from 8am to 7pm, Monday through Friday. However we reply to email request 7 days a week.

  14. What happened to EaglePC computer store?
    Joe is closing down his store by the end of this month.
